Sales Representative
Role Overview
The job of the sales representative will be to promote the products and services offered by MTFX. The sales representative will build a strong rapport with potential clients, understand the needs of clients and establish MTFX as the primary provider of foreign exchange and payment solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for meeting sales targets and client acquisition metrics. Strong communication, presentation ad negotiation skills with executive level positions in person and over the phone are essential to the success of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing lists of qualified potential clients
- Cold calling and participating in various sales initiatives defined by the Director of Sales
- Utilize networking initiatives and programs to build your own book of businesses requiring foreign exchange and international payment services
- Research and identify potential clients in different industry segments across Canada
- Manage the complete sales cycle from introduction to client acquisition
- Adherence to compliance obligations, corporate risk management, Anti-Money Laundering laws of FINTRAC and MTFX’s policies & procedures
Qualifications
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
- High degree of personal initiative, organizational and time management skills
- Highly energetic and focused
- Must have a history of exceeding sales targets, pitching and closing opportunities
- Strong level of professionalism is a must during interactions with clients and business partners
- Preference given to those individuals that conveys positivity, passionate, initiative and the desire to work in a small team environment.
Salary
The Sales Representative is offered a base salary and commissions
